New Android features coming!

First in line are the new custom text stickers, a new addition to Gboard. Whatever you type in English-US results in this text. This functionality was initially introduced only for Pixel phones and has now started rolling out to all Android phones. To recall, this was seen as part of a test in March.

Gboard change is the new emoji mashup for Emoji Kitchen. There are over 1,600 new combinations to explore, including rainbow-themed ones to celebrate Pride Month. For those who don't know, Emoji Kitchen is an interesting feature that allows users to create custom emojis by combining two existing emojis.

For ease of accessibility, there is a new Sound Amplifier feature as part of Accessibility Settings. It will use an Android phone to amplify and filter important sounds This means less background noise and more accurate sound. Google has also updated the Lookout feature, which uses the phone's camera to provide information about the surroundings for the visually impaired. It now gets the new image mode, which will read an image description when opened. It uses Google's latest machine learning model to do the job. Additionally, Text, Documents, Food Labels and Explore mode have been improved.

Finally, the interesting change for Google Play Points is that they can now be used for in-app purchases even without apps and games. Users can either use full points or split the payment between Play Points and another mode of payment. This functionality will roll out to regions with the Google Play Points program in the coming weeks

Will eventually reach all users all these new Android features. If you got them, share your thoughts about them with us in the comments section below
